Substantial rehabilitation of public housing spanning 3 historic mixed-use tower buildings and 44 townhomes. Affordable workforce housing for individuals, small, and large families. 65 units will be set-aside for various populations that are at-risk of/experiencing homelessness supported by services from CARES of NY.

Rochester Housing Authority

New construction of a 4-story mixed-use building with affordable housing for individuals and small families and a new branch of the Rochester Public Library. 17 units will be set-aside for survivors of domestic violence and persons with Serious Mental Illness supported by services from the YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County.

People First

New Construction of affordable workforce housing for individuals and small families across two 4-story mixed-use buildings. The project includes a 30,000 square foot Impact Center for community-focused programming, recreation, business incubation, and more. 19 units will be set-aside for Seniors and Transitional-Aged Youth supported by services from ICAN.

Moderate rehabilitation of 199 existing apartments and new construction of 100 units on vacant land at the existing housing communities.

New construction of mixed income housing for individuals and small families in a 6-story mixed-use building. 18 units will be set-aside for survivors of domestic violence supported by services from CSE1.

Cortland Housing Assistance Council

New Construction of a 4-story building with affordable housing for Seniors . 12 apartments will be set-aside for seniors that are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness supported by services from Catholic Charities of Cortland County.

Redevelopment of existing 32-unit multifamily building and new consruction of 16-unit mixed-income apartment building.

Rochester Housing Authority

Demolition, replacement, and expansion of public affordable housing for Seniors. The project creates 2 apartment buildings, 5 pentaplexes, 6 duplexes, 2 single-family homes, and an office for Lifespan of Greater Rochester. 35 apartments will be set-aside for seniors that are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness supported by services from Lifespan of Greater Rochester.
