Demolition, replacement, and expansion of public affordable housing for Seniors. The project creates 2 apartment buildings, 5 pentaplexes, 6 duplexes, 2 single-family homes, and an office for Lifespan of Greater Rochester. 35 apartments will be set-aside for seniors that are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness supported by services from Lifespan of Greater Rochester.

New Construction of affordable workforce housing for individuals and small families across two 4-story mixed-use buildings. The project includes a 30,000 square foot Impact Center for community-focused programming, recreation, business incubation, and more. 19 units will be set-aside for Seniors and Transitional-Aged Youth supported by services from ICAN.
