Edgemere Development is a real estate firm focused on affordable and mixed-income housing development throughout New York State, with offices in Rochester and Albany. Our clients are non-profit and for-profit developers, public housing authorities and health systems. Edgemere has a two-fold mission:

• To develop residential projects utilizing the full range of available public and private resources; and

• To provide clients with the instrumental services necessary to enable them to develop residential and mixed-use projects.
