Edgemere Development is a real estate firm focused on affordable and mixed-income housing development with offices in Rochester and Albany, working throughout New York State. Our clients are non-profit and for-profit developers, public housing authorities and health systems.

Edgemere has a two-fold mission:

• To develop residential projects utilizing the full range of available public and private resources; and

• To provide clients with the instrumental services necessary to enable them to develop residential and mixed-use projects.

Over the years, we have interwoven our mission with public service and public benefit – we want to leave the neighborhoods and communities where we work better places for people to live. We believe that a fundamental building block of a person's or family’s success is having safe, affordable housing.
