Building:  New Construction, mixed-use
Units/Bedrooms: 76 units: 54 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom
Amenities: On-site parking/EV station, air conditioning, tenant storage, common laundry, and green space. Commercial space for The Landmark Society of Western New York. A stamped walkway through standalone arches will outline the physical connection between the project and the historic St. Joseph’s Church.
Total Project Costs:  $31.7M
Anticipated Funding Sources:  NYS Tax-Exempt Bonds with 4% as-of-right tax credits, NYSHFA Subsidies, City of Rochester HOME, Investor Equity, HHAP, NYSERDA

Target Population: Workforce: Mixed-Income, 14 units will target homeless/at-risk of homelessness individuals and small families
Client:  Ibero-American Development Corporation. The City of Rochester selected Ibero-American Development Corporation and Edgemere Development as the designated developer.

​Special Needs/Support Services: 14 Units set aside for Adults who are homeless/at risk of homelessness
Amenities:  Common Laundry, Community Space, elevators, air conditioning, on-site tenant & visitor parking, various service providers on-site
Total Project Costs (combined):  $22.2M
Anticipated Funding Sources:  NYS Homes & Community Renewal 9% LIHTC, NYS Housing Trust Fund, NYS
Target Population:  Mixed Income – Workforce Individuals and Small Families
