Edgemere Development was selected as a finalist for the Robery Macon Urban Innovation Award for it's pivotal role in reshaping Rochester's most significant corridors: West Main Street and State Street.  Work being recognized in these areas includes the Frederick Douglass Apartments and the Voters' Block Community in the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood, and the Mills at High Falls and the Annex at Mills on State Street in the High Falls District.

John Oster was selected as a finalist for the Betty Strausenburg Award for his creative approach to financing quality housing projects, solving design issues creatively and cost effectively, and spearheading affordable quality housing.  He played a central role in reshaping two of Rochester's most significant corridors, as mentioned above.

Edgemere Development and John Oster were nominated by Enterprise Community Partners.
